AMERICAN INDIAN ARTIFACTS

FLINT FORUM

This site refers mainly to Ohio AmerInd artifacts, but I will include any field finds anyone cares to write me about. It is difficult to explain how amazing a hobby arrowhead collecting is, to someone that is not bitten by the bug. It is truly wonderful to find a point that has not been held by anyone since it was lost by its' owner, 8,000 years ago. The fact that an ancient craftsperson made an object so beautiful and utilitarian that has survived for thousands of years also adds to the fascination. I would strongly advise new collectors to study and seek advice from other collectors before purchasing relics and artifacts. There are a tremendous amount of fraudulent relics for sale on the internet. I strongly encourage ALL collectors to stop by the AACA web page and take a look around, admission and membership is free and it is a very informative site full of great info. There is a link on my links page. Drop a line to Lance, using the e-mail button below. Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
